Missing Hue
The circular canvas represents both color wheel and the Earth, with a cut-out symbolizing the unseen, missing part of our world. Twelve colors, faintly painted to suggest looking beyond visible colors, mirrors the twelve animals, painted in the colors they see themselves in, highlighting the idea that every species experiences a unique version of the world. Suggesting that our perspective is just one among many. All elements converge at the center, where the mysterious fourth primary color resides, this artwork encourages, imaging a world beyond current understanding, where more colors, dimensions and realities exist than we can presently comprehend.
